The ConfigureGate® Safety Gates

Here's a unique solution for the odd-shaped space or irregular area that does not have mounting points straight across. The ConfigureGate® Safety Gates is the only "build your own" gate system.

Three 24" interlocking sections adjust in 10° increments and can be angled or set in a straight line as needed. Included in the three piece basic set is a walk through gate section that opens easily in either direction with a one hand adult release.

Wall mounted for safety, the Configure Gate Safety Gate is constructed of strong tubular steel with white non-toxic coating that is warm to the touch and easy to clean. At 29½" high, it's great for both children and pets. Available in white only. The size between bars for this gate are 2 ¼ inches. This gate comes with hardware to mount it on any solid surface. You need additional Installation kit(s) if you mount the gate on other surfaces - see below

Safety Gate Installation Kit Model K10

Required for the safe installation of almost any safety gate that is not being mounted in a wooden doorway frame. This kit includes the materials and fasteners necessary to install the gate to wood banisters, hollow walls, or wrought iron. More than one kit may be necessary, as in the case of wrought iron.

KidCo has assembled the materials and fasteners necessary to properly install any child safety gate to wood banisters, hollow wall (drywall) or wrought iron. The KidCo Gate Installation Kit can save several trips to the lumber yard and hardware store. When mounting the gates to unusual surfaces such as brick or concrete, KidCo recommends that you consult a hardware professional, baby shop or baby proofing specialist.

One kit is required for each side of the gate that is not being mounted into a solid vertical wood surface and only the most basic tools are needed to assemble any good child safety gate.

Measuring is as easy as:

1.	Simply determine the area to protect or isolate.
2.	Place objects at 24" intervals along the line of the intended gate configuration. If there is a space that is too small for a 24" segment, use an 8" segment.
3.	Count the number of 24" and 8" segments to determine the number of extensions needed.
