Élongate® ... the premier child and
Dog Gates is designed to fit wide open
spaces. The basic Élongate is 29 1/2"
high and fits openings 48" to 60" wide.
Optional 24" extensions will expand
this gate up to 7, 9, 11, or even 13
feet!
Wall mounted for safety, the Élongate features
a walk-through door that can be installed
at either end of the gate. A simple,
one-hand adult release allows the door
to swing open in either direction.
Using the latest in European technology,
each Élongate is constructed of heavy
tubular steel with a non-toxic white
plastic coating. The G60 has an attractive,
simple design that complements any decor.
The size between bars for this
gate are 2 ¾ inches. This gate comes with hardware
to mount it on any solid surface. You
need additional Installation kit(s)
if you mount the gate on other surfaces

Kit Model K100 Required for the safe installation of almost
any safety gate that is not being mounted
in a wooden doorway frame. This kit
includes the materials and fasteners
necessary to install the gate to wood
banisters, hollow walls, or wrought
iron. More than one kit may be necessary,
as in the case of wrought iron.
KidCo has assembled the materials and fasteners
necessary to properly install any child
safety gate to wood banisters, hollow
wall (drywall) or wrought iron. The KidCo
Gate Installation Kit can save several
trips to the lumber yard and hardware
store. When mounting the gates to unusual
surfaces such as brick or concrete, KidCo
recommends that you consult a hardware
professional, baby shop or baby proofing
specialist. One kit is required for each side of the
gate that is not being mounted into
a solid vertical wood surface and only
the most basic tools are needed to assemble
any good child safety gate.
